Abstract:Inthelightoftheradiologicalandunportablecharacteristicsofthespinalcolumn,anonX-ramorphologymeasurementtechniquebasedontheattitudesensorwasdesigned.Therelationshipbetweentheattitudangleoftheattitudesensorandthemeasurementofthehumanspinalcolumnisanalyzed,andtherealizationmethoofmeasuringthemultiCobbangleisdesigned.TheposturemeasurementdevicebasedonposturesensorisusedtreadthepitchangleandtheyawangleoftheposturesensorthroughtheMCU.AftercalculatingtheCobbanglthroughthealgorithm,LCDisusedtodisplaythespinalspinousprocesspostureinformationandtheCobbangldatatoreflectthespineshape.Throughexperimentalverificationandanalysis,themeasurementerrorbasedonthattitudesensormeasurementtechnologyiswithin±2°,andmeetstherequirementsofrepeatablemeasurement.Threliabilityoftheinstrumentisgreaterthan0.8.

基于姿態傳感器的脊柱形態測量技術*

摘 要:基于 X線測量脊柱形態的放射性、不易攜帶性等特點,設計出基于姿態傳感器的非 X線的脊柱形態測量技術。 分析了姿態傳感器的姿態角在人體脊柱測量過程中的轉換關系,以及設計出多 Cobb角的測量的實現方法。 基于姿態傳感器的脊柱形態測量設備是通過單片機讀取姿態傳感器的俯仰角和偏航角后經過算法計算出 Cobb角,采用 LCD顯示采集到的脊柱棘突姿態信息和反映脊柱形態的Cobb角數據。通過實驗驗證分析基于姿態傳感器測量技術的測量誤差在±2°內,而且滿足可重復測量要求,測量儀的可靠性大于 0.8。
